Alexandre Boyes are currently recruiting for a new Lettings Negotiator. Duties would include:
• Dealing with and registering new applicants, booking viewings, confirming viewings & feedback to clients
• Generating viewings by phoning through the database & for any new property that comes to the market
• Carry out viewings for sales and rental purposes
• Dealing with the new tenancy negotiations and administration.
• Ensuring the property has been fully prepared for the new tenancy
• Post tenancy administration
• Negotiating and administering renewals on existing lets
• Working hours to include Saturdays
• Own car necessary

Lettings Manager
Emma is a Member of ARLA and has been working as a Lettings Negotiator in Tunbridge Wells since 2007, joining Alexandre Boyes in 2009, being promoted to Lettings Manager in 2011.
Emma is involved in all elements of the letting process from viewings through to check out at the end of a tenancy. She is responsible for the smooth running of our lettings team on a day to day basis.
Emma has grown up in the local area and enjoys spending her free time horse riding in the local countryside.
