Dan has lived in Tunbridge Wells his entire life, being an Old Tonbridgian & Holmewoodian.
Dan has headed the sales team at Alexandre Boyes for twelve years, and has an excellent understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market, being one of the most experienced estate agents in the town. He is able to provide genuine guidance to both sellers and buyers from both a professional and personal angle. Dan has an established client base who have used him time and again due to his accurate valuations, his excellent negotiation skills and the quality service the team deliver.
Dan lives locally with his wife and three young children. Asked what his interests in life are he replied "Rugby, Cricket, Wine, my family and my garden, although not necessarily in that order!"

Lewis has lived in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area for the past fourteen years and knows the area very well, positioning him perfectly to advise viewers on local schools, amenities and lifestyle pursuits.
Working alongside Dan Boyes, Lewis assists in the valuation of properties of all shapes and sizes, viewings and is learning the art of the conveyancing process.
Lewis' pro-activeness and enthusiasm for agency is an asset to the residential sales team at Alexandre Boyes.

Kate Boyes BSc (Hons) FARLA MRICS

Kate established Alexandre Boyes Residential Lettings in 2003 and Alexandre Boyes Estate & Block Management in 2007. Collectively the departments are on target to manage c.1000 units by the end of 2013 and Kate is fiercely proud of the reputation both teams have in Tunbridge Wells.
Kate has a first class honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and trained at Nelson Bakewell (now Capita Symonds), a Property Consultancy, in London. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004, and is a Fellow of ARLA.
Kate personally looks after a group of premium estate management clients, and is often called in as a consultant to new clients advising on complications in freehold acquisitions, accounts, planning and lease drafting, and has particular experience in listed buildings.
Kate has a young family and lives in Tunbridge Wells. When she isn't working (which is not very often!) she can be found enjoying a glass of red wine at Sankeys or spending time with her three children at home in Langton Green.

Ben joined Alexandre Boyes in 2011 in our Lettings Department.
Ben graduated in Interior Architecture in 2007 from the University of Lincoln, proceeding to train and work within the Property Industry for a number of well-known Estate Agents in Lincolnshire before going on to establish and build one of Lincolns most successful Lettings Agents. He then decided to re-locate to Kent, where he was raised, in order to develop his career further.
In 2012 he commenced a masters degree at South Bank University in Building Surveying whilst continuing to work full time as our senior lettings negotiator.

Emma is a Member of ARLA and has been working as a Lettings Negotiator in Tunbridge Wells since 2007, joining Alexandre Boyes in 2009, being promoted to Lettings Manager in 2011.
Emma is involved in all elements of the letting process from viewings through to check out at the end of a tenancy. She is responsible for the smooth running of our lettings team on a day to day basis.
Emma has grown up in the local area and enjoys spending her free time horse riding in the local countryside.

Rachel has worked with Alexandre Boyes for a number of years as a Chartered Accountant. Rachel has twenty five years experience and works closely with Alexandre Boyes and their clients providing taxation advice on all aspects of property ownership.
Rachel is a unique asset providing specialist advice to our clients, which many agents are not able to offer inhouse.

Katherine Cheung

Katherine is responsible for the day to day management of a proportion of the Alexandre Boyes block portfolio, being responsible for 25 estates and blocks in and around Tunbridge Wells.
Katherine has been a block manager for nearly ten years and oversee's health & safety and fire risk assessments, insurance claims, and administors Section 20 consultations and the progress of projects requiring consultation. She also Chairs and calls AGM’s, as well as resolving day to day maintenance issues for our varied clients.
Sharon Caulfeild-Browne

Sharon oversees the preparation of service charge demands for the Alexandre Boyes Estate portfolio, and administers their circulation as well as the collection of funds.
She also supplies financial information to leaseholders, reconciles day to day banking, administers sales & purchase ledgers and prepares pre-sales enquiries to assist with the sale of units.
Sharon has ten years experience in the block management industry.
Don Allen
Swaylands Estate Co-Operative
Don was ‘inherited’ as the on site representative managing the Swaylands Estate when Alexandre Boyes were appointed managing agents in 2011. He and his family have lived in Tonbridge for over 30 years with local links in the Penshurst area.
Don comes from a twenty year career in the heavy transport industry in fleet maintenance and management preceded by twenty six years in the British Army from which he retired as a Senior Warrant Officer – Artificer Sergeant Major.
He considers looking after Swaylands as more than just a job, more like a privilege to play even a minor part in its continuance and history.

Irina Daniels

Irina works closely with Kate Boyes in our estate management team.
She graduated with a law degree from Moscow University and has worked with large corporate clients abroad and in the UK.
Her skills prove very useful when dealing with all the administration tasks associated with block and estate management, having worked inhouse for a large estate management client before joining Alexandre Boyes. Her daily tasks include supporting a selection of premium estate clients, assisting leaseholders with day to day management, aswell as specialising in company secretarial duties.
Irina also ensures the smooth running of the Alexandre Boyes office.
Irina and her husband chose Tunbridge Wells as the perfect spot to bring up their two children and have settled here and are happy to call it home.

Michael Ellis

Mike was born in Kent, where his family has resided for several generations. Having studied construction technology, he trained in Project Management with an Architectural Engineering company in the United States and has spent much of his career in The United States, Middle East and Far East, most notably in Hong Kong for over twenty years.
Mike returned to the UK nine years ago and has a wide range of experience of managing projects including residential, commercial, hospitals and hotels, and brings a number of new project management skills to our property team.

James McDonald

James is responsible for the management of approximately 250 properties in the Alexandre Boyes lettings portfolio.
James previously worked for a well known local building contractor as their contracts manager for three years, managing their projects, staff and clients on a day to day basis. He has expertise in project management within the construction industry; working with the local council(s) and building control ensuring construction work meets all relevant regulations.
James has a key role at Alexandre Boyes and quickly and effectively resolves any issues that occur, through hands on tangible property management, one of our key values.
James has spent his later childhood years growing up in Wadhurst and still lives locally, in his spare he enjoys a competitive game of squash.
