Peter worked for Alan de Maid from 1971 until 1998. He was made a Partner in 1972 when there were just six offices. Alan de Maid was sold to Lloyds TSB in 1988 with over twenty offices & departments, and Peter continued to work for the company until he set up Alexandre Boyes in 1998. Peter has built Alexandre Boyes on four decades of experience and continues to be involved in the everyday running of the business. He has lived in the local area for the last forty years and has raised his family here. His favourite pastime is spending the day with his grandchildren on his boat, in Salcombe, South Devon.

Dan has lived in Tunbridge Wells his entire life and has been working for Alexandre Boyes for the last twelve years. Dan heads up the sales team and has an excellent understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market. He is one of the most experienced estate agents in Tunbridge Wells and is able to provide genuine guidance to both sellers and buyers from both a professional and personal angle. Dan has an established client base who have used him time and again due to his accurate valuations, his excellent negotiation skills and the quality service the team deliver.
Dan lives locally with his wife and three young children. Asked what his three interests in life are he replied "Wine, my children and my garden, although not necessarily in that order!"
Lynn Mellor

Lynn has worked for Alexandre Boyes for the last ten years and has played an important part in helping the business grow during that time. Lynn works closely with Dan Boyes in the sales team preparing sales particulars, arranging viewings and dealing with sales enquiries. When asked what part of the job she enjoys most Lynn said "I get great satisfaction from being involved in the whole selling process and at the end of the day I enjoy handing the keys over to the proud new owners".

Lucy joined Alexandre Boyes in 2009. Lucy is currently studying for her RICS APC which is a two year professional training qualification, having graduated with a 2:1 in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. Lucy is a keen traveller and cook.

Kate established Alexandre Boyes Residential Lettings in 2003 and Alexandre Boyes Estate & Block Management in 2007. Collectively the departments manage nearly 600 units and Kate is fiercely proud of the reputation both teams have in Tunbridge Wells.
Kate has a first class honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and trained at Nelson Bakewell (now Capita Symonds), a Property Consultancy, in London. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004, and is a Fellow of ARLA.
Kate has a young family and lives in Tunbridge Wells. When she isn't working (which is not very often!) she can be found enjoying a glass of red wine at Sankeys or spending time with her three children at home in Langton Green.

Tom joined Alexandre Boyes in 2010 following his graduation from the University of Birmingham. He recently commenced his property masters degree at South Bank University. He indulges his passion for football acting as a commentator at weekends.

Emma has been working as a Lettings Negotiator in Tunbridge Wells since 2007, joining Alexandre Boyes in 2009, being promoted to Lettings Manager in 2011. Emma is involved in all elements of the letting process from viewings through to check out at the end of a tenancy. She became a Member of ARLA in 2010. Emma has grown up in the local area and enjoys spending her free time horse riding in the local countryside.

Rachel has worked with Alexandre Boyes for a number of years as a Chartered Accountant. Rachel has twenty five years experience and works closely with Alexandre Boyes and their clients providing taxation advice on all aspects of property ownership. Rachel has two children, one of which has just gone to university.

Ben joined Alexandre Boyes in 2011 as Property Manager for our Lettings Department.
Ben graduated in Interior Architecture in 2007 from the University of Lincoln, proceeding to train and work within the Property Industry for a number of well-known Estate Agents in Lincolnshire before going on to establish and build one of Lincolns most successful Lettings Agents. He then decided to re-locate to Kent, where he was raised, in order to develop his career further.
