21 years ago the very first property Alexandre Boyes sold was a family house in Byng Road. 21 years later we have successfully put the same house under offer again. During the in-between years Alexandre Boyes have let and fully managed the property making it a home not only for the Landlord in the early years, but for several rental families.  The Landlord comments “the team at Alexandre Boyes have provided great service over the years, professionally smoothing out the complexities of letting our property”.  

Over the 21 years of Alexandre Boye we have seen many regulatory introductions and changes. There are around 145 laws, and over 400 regulations, that need to be followed to legally let a property in England and Wales. For instance, 21 years ago you did not require an Energy Performance Certificate to either sell or rent your property. In 2007 it became a requirement for selling and from April 2019 it became a mandatory requirement to have a minimum E rating in order to market a house for rentals.

Our fully managed service takes a tenancy from start to end. We manage the whole pre let process of marketing, offers, contracts, oversee the day to day maintenance during the tenancy, negotiate renewals, rent increases and the end of tenancy, deposit claim and return process. We can also over-see void periods and maintenance projects as is the case with Byng Road. We oversaw works to bring the house above the minimum E rating.
