"Demand from tenants continues to grow, indicating that renting is now more of a lifestyle choice. Large deposits are required to purchase a home and applicants need to meet strict lending criteria, meaning that many people find renting a better option. We continually work and advise landlords how best to present their properties to attract the best possible tenants."
