Since aquiring Foxwood Maclean in December, we have now relocated from the office in Edenbridge to a fantastic new office premises in East Grinstead. Alexandre Boyes have implemented new systems and processes designed to increase efficiency and further enhance customer experience. With an expanded, dynamic, professionally trained and qualified (ARLA) team at the helm, Alexandre Boyes is looking forward to delivering solutions that allow customers more choice and better results.

Ashleigh joined our Lettings team in April 2018 as a Property Manager.

Having over 7 years experience in residential lettings property management, most recently in a nationwide Property Management Company, Ashleigh has gathered significant knowledge and understanding of not only customer relationship management but also legislation relating to property management.

In 2016 Ashleigh collected a Gold award in Letting Agent, rated by tenants, London, South West received at the prestigious ESTAS 2016. Ashleigh is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her current residents and prospects. Ashleigh is also working towards completing the ARLA Technical Award.

When not looking after client’s and customer’s properties, Ashleigh likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, walking her Pug Frank and dining out. 

Ally Hutchings

Ally has worked in the property industry for 17 years now and in Lettings specifically for 15 years. She started out as an administrator/Negotiator in Woking and later moved to the East Grinstead market in 2012 where she qualified as a member of ARLA and was soon promoted to Manager. She has now been running a successful Lettings Departments for over 5 years and has achieved several awards along the way.

Ally’s complex job involves maintaining current business and securing new business while expanding and improving the department as well as keeping up-to- date with new legislation. This in turn allows her to offer the best possible insight into landlords and tenants needs.

Ally spent three years living in Australia and so is able to speak from first-hand experience and advise people relocating to or from a different country. She can even counsel on transporting pets to the opposite side of the world!

Being a tenant herself Ally is empathetic towards tenants and their property needs whilst simultaneously focusing on a landlord’s requirements.

When Ally isn’t involved in the fast-paced world of property rentals she enjoys watching motorsports, good food and wine, and walking on Ashdown Forest with her husband and dog. 

 

Frank the Pug

Frank enjoys sleeping, eating, short walks and occasional mum-and-son mountain climbing.

Emma Gasson

Director | Residential Lettings

Emma has been working within the lettings industry now for 10 years, starting as a Lettings Negotiator in Tunbridge Wells in 2007, joining Alexandre Boyes in 2009, being promoted to Lettings Manager in 2011. Emma accepted our invitation to become a Partner of Alexandre Boyes in April 2015. Emma qualified as member of ARLA in 2010 and qualified as an Associate of the RICS in 2016.

Emma is involved in all elements of the letting process from sourcing and securing new business through to check out at the end of a tenancy. She is responsible for the smooth running of our lettings team on a day to day basis. The lettings team at Alexandre Boyes were shortlisted for the Best Single Lettings Office in the South East at The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Awards, and won Lettings Office of the Year at the West Kent Property Awards.

When Emma isn’t working she enjoys spending her free time horse riding in the local countryside and travelling.

"Demand from tenants continues to grow, indicating that renting is now more of a lifestyle choice. Large deposits are required to purchase a home and applicants need to meet strict lending criteria, meaning that many people find renting a better option. We continually work and advise landlords how best to present their properties to attract the best possible tenants."
