Dan has headed the sales team at Alexandre Boyes for nineteen years, and has an excellent understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market, being one of the most experienced estate agents in the town , having overseen more than a thousand local sales. He is able to provide genuine guidance to both sellers and buyers from both a professional and personal angle. Dan has an established client base who have used him time and again due to his accurate valuations, his excellent negotiation skills and the quality service the team deliver. Dan lives locally with his wife and three children.

Daniel has joined our team in 2017, where he is working closely with our Property Manager and the lettings team in ensuring the smooth running of our ever busy Lettings Department. Daniel has 5 years experience within the industry as a Property Manager.
Daniel has previously worked for another agent in the town, and is familiar with Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas having grown up here.

Emma has been working within the lettings industry now for 10 years, starting as a Lettings Negotiator in Tunbridge Wells in 2007, joining Alexandre Boyes in 2009, being promoted to Lettings Manager in 2011. Emma accepted our invitation to become a Partner of Alexandre Boyes in April 2015. Emma qualified as member of ARLA in 2010 and qualified as an Associate of the RICS in 2016.
Emma is involved in all elements of the letting process from sourcing and securing new business through to check out at the end of a tenancy. She is responsible for the smooth running of our lettings team on a day to day basis. The lettings team at Alexandre Boyes were shortlisted for the Best Single Lettings Office in the South East at The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Awards, and won Lettings Office of the Year at the West Kent Property Awards.
When Emma isn’t working she enjoys spending her free time horse riding in the local countryside and travelling.

Large deposits are required to purchase a home and applicants need to meet strict lending criteria, meaning that many people find renting a better option. We continually work and advise landlords how best to present their properties to attract the best possible tenants."
Kate Boyes FARLA MRICS
Group Director | Residential Lettings, Block & Estate Management
Kate has been letting and managing property for 15 years, having established Alexandre Boyes Residential Lettings in 2003 and Alexandre Boyes Estate & Block Management in 2007. Kate is fiercely proud of the reputation both teams have in Tunbridge Wells & East Grinstead. Kate launched a national product, Resident, in August 2014 being an online property management software that is now utilised by Alexandre Boyes clients enabling them to log in and transparently view information on their blocks of flats and estates.
Kate has a first class honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading specializing in Investment & Finance, and trained at Nelson Bakewell (now Capita Symonds), a Property Consultancy, in London. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004, and is a Fellow of ARLA. She became a Board member of ARLA in June 2015, representing Kent, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire.

Kate's role at Alexandre Boyes lettings focuses on valuations and new business, procedures & policies, and marketing. In block management she advises on new business, and oversees policy and procedures internally. When she isn't working (which is not very often!) she can be found enjoying a glass of wine at Sankeys or spending time with her three children at home in Sussex.

Merlin started his career at 8 weeks old with Strutt & Parker, splitting his time between the office and Richmond Park. He joined Alexandre Boyes early 2014 as the official Tunbridge Wells Lettings Labrador.
Merlin has completed the 3 Peaks Challenge, Wainwrights Coast to Coast, and is a former Munro bagger. He is addicted to carrots.

Management Accountant | Accounts
Following a successful career in finance, where she worked in both industry and practice, Marta brings over 10 years’ experience in Financial and Management accounting to Alexandre Boyes.
Marta is responsible for the analysis and reporting of the Group’s balance sheet, preparation of the Management Reports for the Directors as well as Statutory Annual and Interim Returns and providing financial guidance to the commercial teams. On a day to day basis Marta is responsible for the smooth running of the financial side of the Alexandre Boyes Group.
Outside of work Marta likes to spend her time in the fresh air (when the weather allows!) with her young family. She loves travelling and is fluent in three languages.
Lettings Manager | Residential Lettings
Rachel has joined our busy lettings team as a Negotiator, having previously worked for another Agent in Tunbridge Wells. Rachel has great knowledge of Tunbridge Wells, having grown up in the area. Rachel has over three years experience within the lettings industry and has qualified for her ARLA membership having passed the Level 2 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Rachel enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Rachel has 20+ years experience in Estate Agency. She joined Alexandre Boyes at the start of 2014 having worked for JD Wood, Savills, Knight Frank, and as Head of Property Management for Strutt & Parker’s London Division for 9+ years. In 2019 she moved from Head of Property Management to Operations Manager.
Much of her spare time is spent with Merlin, our Lettings Labrador in Yorkshire and the Scottish Highlands. She climbs munros, hikes and does Pilates for fun.
Senior Property Manager
Ashleigh joined our East Grinstead Lettings team in 2018 as senior property manager.
Previously based in Central London with a nationwide Property Management Company, she has 9+ years’ industry experience. Ashleigh’s key attributes include a significant knowledge, understanding and experience of all aspects of property management, lettings, legalisation and client relations management. Achievements include a Gold award in Letting Agency in 2016, voted by tenants; the prestigious Estate Agent of the Year in 2016; Level 3 ARLA Technical Award in 2019. Ashleigh is aiming for Level 4 in 2020.
Ashleigh spends her free time with family and friends, walking her Pug Frank, dining out and recently completed a Half Marathon in Manchester beating her personally best!

Clare joined Alexandre Boyes in 2016 as an Estate & Block Manager.
Clare has over fifteen years experience, having worked for Ashton Burkinshaw for 11 years managing the Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks offices, and then at BBM as a property manager for 4 years where she managed over 40 blocks.
Estate and Block Manager | Block & Estate Management
Kevin is an experienced residential block manager with 30 years experience. He started his career in property management as a repairs clerk discussing problems with tenants and arranging works to be implemented. Kevin soon progressed to Property Manager, then Senior Property Manager and Associate Director and head of department in a surveying practice in Gravesend.
Kevin has a vast experience in block management having previously been responsible for a team of seven managers and in excess of 250 estates. He is a member of the IRPM and also an Associate of the RICS. His specialties include: relationship building with clients; generating of new business; process and systems development, implementation and management; credit control.
His favourite part of the job is producing annual service charge budgets to enable recommendations to be made to the client as to the levels at which the services charges are set to best care for the development he is managing.
Kevin works with our clients to ensure excellent service and communication levels are maintained at all times, delivering and exceeding the service levels our clients want.
Estate & Block Manager | Block & Estate Management
Keren has been in property management for 14 years looking after a wide range and size of developments both on behalf of Freeholders and Resident Management Companies, she is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. She has a wide range of knowledge on all aspects of block and estate management. She is also a member of the IRPM. She has previously worked for 2 larger managing agents looking after over 40 developments. She enjoys the variety of work that is involved with property management. Mark has worked as a multi trade professional in the South East for 35 years specialising in carpentry and joinery. During his career he has worked on projects at the Royal Society of Arts, the British Museum and the Saatchi and Saatchi advertising agency crafting their headquarters board tables. Other projects include shop fitting, stable building in Stroud, antique restoration, penthouse refurbishments in St Johns, and in more recent years working in both the private and social housing sector across the South East.
Mark says that he is happiest working with his hands, his real passion being restoring old furniture and buildings. Outside of work Mark’s six children keep him busy with their horses and motor cross bikes.
Block & Estate Management Credit Control | Accounts, Block & Estate Management
Sharon oversees the preparation of service charge demands for the Alexandre Boyes Estate portfolio, and administers their circulation as well as the collection of funds.
She also supplies financial information to leaseholders, reconciles day to day banking, administers sales & purchase ledgers and prepares pre-sales enquiries to assist with the sale of units. Sharon has ten years experience in the block management industry.
