Sharon plays a key role in our Block Management department as a dedicated Service Charge Bookkeeper. She is responsible for the accurate processing of service charge income and expenditure, reconciling accounts, and supporting the preparation of year-end statements. Her methodical approach ensures client accounts are managed with precision and care.

Having been with Alexandre Boyes for over six years, Sharon brings a calm, empathetic presence to both colleagues and clients. She works closely with Property Managers, clients and external accountants to maintain financial clarity across our portfolio, and is often the first to offer reassurance or resolve queries with thoughtful efficiency.
