We’re excited to share an update on the property we recently blogged about. The works are now complete, the photos show works below, and a happy new tenant has already moved in!
Fresh New Look
Working closely with our chosen contractors, Dan Walker oversaw every stage of the refurbishment to ensure a premium finish and kept the Landlord updated throughout. The refurb has been finished to a really high standard with new kitchen, carpets, paintwork, bathroom upgrades, new pergola and window furnishings.
Smooth Move-In
On the lettings side, Rachel Norris quickly found the right tenant and made sure the whole process was stress-free. The tenant has settled in and is already enjoying their new home.
Looking Ahead
