Property Manager – Residential Portfolio
Tunbridge Wells | Office-based
Alexandre Boyes is a well established, RICS regulated managing agent specialising in residential block and estate management across Kent and Sussex, primarily within Tunbridge Wells.
We are seeking a genuinely experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a low volume, high value portfolio of mature and complex developments. There is a clear pipeline of additional premium clients expected to come on board over the next 12–24 months.
This role is about stewardship, continuity, and doing things properly.
The Portfolio
- Approximately 450 units across large, established developments
- Includes high rise buildings with Building Safety Act and fire safety compliance responsibilities
- Highly engaged directors and boards
- Strong governance focus, with ongoing major works and compliance interfaces
This is a portfolio designed for quality, professionalism and long-term client relationships, not volume.
About You
This role will suit someone who:
- Is an experienced residential Property Manager (not newly promoted in title only)
- Is confident managing engaged and knowledgeable boards
- Has a strong grasp of compliance and governance, including high rise and BSA environments
- Communicates in a calm, professional and measured way
- Takes pride in protecting client relationships and delivering consistent standards
