Emma has over 15 years lettings experience
Emma has worked in the lettings industry since 2007, joining Alexandre Boyes in 2009. Emma is a member of ARLA and an associate member of RICS.
Emma’s experience and knowledge spans all the elements of the letting industry. Many Landlords onboarded in the early years of Emma’s Alexandre Boyes career are still Landlords today. Emma played a key role in ensuring that the Lettings department has the processes and procedures in place to ensure compliance with all industry regulations, anti money laundering and GDPR, and in making the lettings team award winning – shortlisted for the ‘Best Single Lettings Office in the South East’ at The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Awards and winner of the ‘Lettings Office of the Year’ at the West Kent Property Awards.
