A huge congratulations to Keren Dolan, who has officially become an associate member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Keren joined our Block & Estate management team in 2015 and is already a member of The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) the professional body for residential property management specialists. Members must comply with both institutes ‘Continuing Professional Development’ requirements, and the RICS Rules of Conduct and Ethical Standards. Keren also holds a Level 4 qualification in Build to Rent (BTR) property management and will no doubt continue to collect these coveted memberships and qualifications in her continual commitment to high standards and professionalism.
