Kirsty joined the team in 2021, and became an Associate with IRPM in 2023
Kirsty graduated in 2019 with a 1st class degree in Sociology joining Alexandre Boyes’ Estate & Block Management team in 2021. Kirsty now has 4+ years industry experience and was Alexandre Boyes first graduate of the re designed 6 month onboarding programme. Kirsty recently became an Associate of The Institute Of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and is now aiming for Member status.
Kirsty manages a mixed portfolio of local developments both on behalf of Freeholders and Resident Management Companies, along with part of our London portfolio. Compliance, AGMs, Directors’ meetings, reactive and planned maintenance, Section 20 major works and Budgets, are all areas that Kirsty works and she is the department’s star PropTech user.
