Rachel has 22+ years experience in Estate Agency.
Rachel joined Alexandre Boyes early 2014 having worked for JD Wood, Savills, Knight Frank, and as Head of Property Management for Strutt & Parker’s London Division for 9+ years. In 2019 she moved from Head of Property Management to Operations Manager.
Rachel oversees operations for Alexandre Boyes as a whole working closely with Kate Boyes to ensure that we are compliant with all relevant regulations; that we have the relevant training, policies and procedures in place; comply with Anti Money Laundering and Client Money Protection requirements; comply with the various Codes of Practice we work within particularly RICS and The Property Ombudsman. Rachel is our Data Protection Officer and Complaints Handler and also writes the company’s articles and blogs, topical newsletters and Director’s Cut for RTM and RMC clients.
Rachel is a member of ARLA, is ongoing with her RICS training, and holds a degree in Psychology. Much of her spare time is spent with her black lab in Yorkshire and the Scottish Highlands.
