He has led consultancy projects for clients including the London School of Economics, NHS Property Services and Soho Housing Association.

Before joining the team, he worked at sustainability consultancy Akou, supporting housing associations and local authorities across London. Tom lives locally on Mount Ephraim in Tunbridge Wells and is passionate about building trusted relationships with clients and residents.

He holds an MA in Public Administration & Public Policy from the University of York, a Project Fundamentals Qualification from the APM, and a First-Class BSc from the University of Bristol. Colleagues describe him as “motivated,” “adaptable,” and “a genuinely lovely colleague”.
