Director at Alexandre Boyes and a Chartered Surveyor by training, Kate has over 20 years’ experience in residential lettings and property management. She launched the block management software Resident, which now supports the management of over 300,000 leasehold units nationwide.
Kate is a Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of Alexandre Boyes, a family-run firm renowned for its integrity, specialist knowledge, and high standards of personal service. She holds a first-class honours degree in Land Management (Investment & Finance) from the University of Reading and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Kate began her career at Nelson Bakewell (now Capita Symonds) before returning to her hometown to lead Alexandre Boyes through a period of measured growth and modernisation. She has extensive expertise in both residential lettings and block management, combining day-to-day operational knowledge with strategic oversight and regulatory compliance.
Kate is committed to delivering the highest professional standards in line with the RICS Code of Conduct and client money regulations.
In 2014, she founded Resident, an award-winning block management software platform designed to simplify property management processes. Resident has been instrumental in enhancing transparency and efficiency for both managing agents and leaseholders.
Under her leadership, Alexandre Boyes continues to focus on long-term relationships, client retention, and the delivery of consistently high standards.
