In addition to her compliance responsibilities, Kim manages a portfolio of smaller residential blocks and estates across Kent and East Sussex. Her approachable style, attention to detail, and clear communication make her a trusted point of contact for resident directors and freeholders alike.

 

Kim takes a proactive approach to all the varied challenges that a day at Alexandre Boyes can present, from contractor coordination and site inspections to resolving day-to-day operational matters with care and efficiency. She is also an incredible support to the wider AB team, always ready to lend her time, knowledge, and positive energy wherever it’s needed.
